Effective date: November 6, 2026
This policy describes what XPRO Massachusetts ("we", "us") collects on this website, what we do with it and the choices you have. It is written to match what the site actually does. When the site changes, this page changes with it.
Who we are
XPRO Massachusetts provides heating oil and home heating services in Greater Boston, Massachusetts. You can reach us at (774) 244-8085.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the quote form:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- City or ZIP code
- The service you are asking about
- Project details, if you write any
Along with the form we record which page it was sent from, so we know where the request came from. If you call or email us instead, we keep the number or address you contacted us from.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to run and secure the site. We do not combine those logs with form submissions.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and give you a quote
- To follow up on the quote
- To keep you informed about scheduled service while we work together
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to the system we use to manage quote requests. The site itself is served by our hosting provider, which only serves the site. We do not give your information to either for their own use.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set third-party cookies and does not load advertising or social media trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain. The form uses your browser only to send what you typed.
If we add a web analytics tool in the future, we will update this section to say which one, what it records and how to opt out before it goes live.
Links to other sites
If this website links to other sites, those sites have their own privacy policies; this one does not cover them.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep records of the service we provided. To see, correct or delete what we have about you, call (774) 244-8085 and we will take care of it.
Children
This website is for homeowners and residents and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
